STRATHMORE STAMPEDE GROUNDS

Thanks to your feedback, we have identified some key areas for improvement and will be updating this page with the details as we near the 2024 Tour. You can look forward to more information on the following elements as they unfold.

LOCATION

Strathmore Stampede Grounds
Venue: Revised layout, improved stage and sound placement, increased shaded areas and misting stations.

ROUTES

Improved short and long routes, increased communication with local traffic and inclusion of safety ambassadors along the route.
Start/Finish: Rigging mats to cover loose gravel along the chute.
Pit Stops: Additional porta potties, more water/electrolytes and more frequent stops along the route.

CAMPING

Self-camping is available on-site at the Strathmore Stampede Grounds, so bring your tent or trailer! Camping is available on both July 20th and 21st with shower and washroom facilities available, but there are no hook-ups or dumping stations. Food and drink will not be provided on July 20. Stay tuned for additional details!

BIKE DROP-OFF

Bike drop-off is available on Friday afternoon starting at 1pm. And we have secured bike storage for Friday and Saturday night. Make sure you attach your bike plates before you drop your bike off.

FESTIVITIES

Our beloved Saturday Evening Festival will be at the Strathmore Stampede Grounds with great food, drinks, and entertainment. We also have our celebratory BBQ Sunday afternoon at the finish line. Additional meals for Saturday night and Sunday BBQ will be available in the Spring.
Catering: Improved offerings, timing and availability along the route and at festival.
